Welcome to Wenjia’s Workshop. We take great care in creating and delivering our handmade products, ready-to-ship artwork, and workshop services to you with love and attention. Please take a moment to review our shipping policy.

 

Shipping Locations

We currently offer shipping within Thailand and to selected international destinations.

If your location is not available at checkout, please contact us at gewenjia@gmail.com and we’ll be happy to assist you.

 

Processing Time

  • Handmade Products:
    All our handmade items are crafted to order. Please allow 7-14 business days for production before shipping.
  • Ready-to-Ship Artwork:
    For ready-made artwork, we carefully package and ship your order within 3-5 business days after payment is confirmed.
  • Workshop Services:
    Workshop confirmations and any related materials (if applicable) will be sent via email within 2-3 business days after your booking is confirmed.

 

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

  • Within Thailand:
    Orders are shipped via Thai Post or local couriers. Estimated delivery time: 2-5 business days.
  • International Shipping:
    Orders are shipped via DHL, Thai Post International, or other reliable carriers. Estimated delivery time: 7-21 business days, depending on the destination.

Please note that delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, holidays, or unforeseen shipping delays.

 

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the product type, weight, shipping method, and delivery address. Workshop services may not incur shipping charges unless specified.

 

Customs & Import Taxes

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in their country. Wenjia’s Workshop is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

 

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct. We cannot be responsible for orders delayed, lost, or misdelivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
